Super Alloy / NICKEL 600 ANN

Nickel 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with good oxidation resistance at high temperatures and resistance to stress corrosion cracking corrosion and caustic corrosion. This product also has excellent mechanical properties and has a desirable combination of high strength and good workability. This alloy is typically used for parts requiring both corrosion and oxidation resistance. Ideal for parts that require welding during fabrication and for parts requiring oxidation resistance up to 2000 F (1093 C). The material is also durable at the higher temperatures when stresses are low. Nickel 600 is used for furnace components, chemical and food processing equipment, and in nuclear engineering components. (UNS N06600)
