L-605 Vac Melt (UNS R30605) - Super Alloy - Fry Steel

Super Alloy / L-605 VAC MELT (UNS R30605)

L605 Vac Melt is a corrosion and heat-resistant non-magnetic cobalt based super alloy. This material is produced using a vacuum induction melt method for premium quality pure material. L605 displays excellent high-temperature strength up to 1500 F (816 C) and excellent oxidation resistance to 2000F (1093 C). The alloy also has good sulfidation resistance and good resistance to wear and galling. This product is used in hot sections of aircraft gas turbine engines (combustion liners), industrial furnace components and other high temperature applications. (UNS R30605)
