Stainless Steel / 446 ANN

446 Annealed stainless steel is a ferritic, non-heat treatable alloy that provides good resistance to high temperature oxidation and corrosion. This material has excellent corrosion resistance at very higher temperatures and possesses good mechanical properties. This grade has poor ductility due to the high chromium content, which makes it more difficult to cold work than other stainless steels. This grades excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures this grade is widely used as furnace parts and boiler baffles. (UNS S44600)
